Mr. Chris works for Tesla. His job requires him to do a lot of research work. When he reached out to AskSunday for help, he needed assistance on multiple fronts.

Requirements

There were primarily three areas Mr. Alex wanted help with: research on the airline industry, comparative analysis between cities in the U.S. similar to Los Angeles, and getting local assistance for relocating to Silicon Valley with his family.

The client initially provided two tasks where his VM International virtual assistant had to find ways to make flying more convenient by searching for private jet companies, airline memberships, and anything that could help ease the challenges associated with traveling. The client provided guidance and direction to the assistant by citing some examples. The problem statement was complex, involving multiple areas that needed to be investigated. The assistant broke down the complex problem statement into simpler sub-sets and prepared a plan of action (POA) that included all these details along with the expected turnaround time.

Upon the client’s approval of the POA, the assistant conducted the research, compiled the findings in a presentable format, and submitted it within the committed time frame. Simultaneously, the client had provided the virtual assistant with another research task to identify cities similar to Silicon Valley where his family could relocate. The cities identified needed to have a similar number of job opportunities, business establishments, weather, and lifestyle indicators.

Since this search had loose criteria, the client also guided the assistant on how to obtain information on state income tax rates, real estate tax rates, and other relevant factors to identify suitable cities. In the end, the client was extremely satisfied with the findings.
